All shipments are fully insured for the declared value of the item. A tracking number and delivery confirmation email will be sent upon dispatch. Signature is required upon delivery for all orders.

Packaging

Discreet Outer Packaging

All orders are shipped in unmarked outer boxes. No branding or value indication is visible on the exterior to ensure privacy and security during transit.

Authentication Documents

Your Chitose Authentication Certificate and any original brand documentation accompany every item, carefully wrapped to prevent damage.

Protective Inner Packaging

Items are wrapped in acid-free tissue and placed in a Chitose dust bag before being secured in a rigid inner box with custom foam inserts.

Eco-Conscious Materials

Our packaging materials are sustainably sourced where possible. We are working toward fully recyclable packaging by end of 2026.

Returns Policy

7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, with all original packaging, documentation, and the Chitose Authentication Certificate.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at returns@chitose.sg or via the Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide a prepaid return label and collection instructions within 24 hours.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically 1–2 business days), your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked "Final Sale", pre-ordered deposits, and custom-sourced pieces are non-returnable. This will be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.

Authenticity Guarantee

If you believe an item you received is not authentic, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a full refund and internal investigation regardless of the return window. This guarantee has no expiry.
